A simple to use and very effective kit of componentsdesigned to enable surface renovation of bathroom fittings. The materials will repair and hide cracks and blemishes in ceramic, china clay, acrylic, GRP and enamelled surfaces.

For Repairing Hairline Cracks

Ensure the surface you are going to work on is completely dry. The filler will penetrate a groove much more effectively than it will a hairline crack, so use the Rake and Spreader to widen cracks into a groove, which is about 3mm deep.

For Repairing Chips & Blemishes

Ensure the surface you are going to work on is completely dry. The filler will penetrate a deep blemish much more effectively than it will a thin surface abrasion, so roughen and if possible, slightly deepen the damaged surface of the area to be repaired.

1. Whichever repair method is used, the prepared area MUST be thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed to remove all loose material.

2. Carefully pierce the nozzle of the Catalyst/Activator container. Add all the contents to the container of Gelcoat and use the Spatula to thoroughly mix for about 15 seconds and without delay, spread the mix into the groove or blemish using the edge of the spreader. Leave to set for about 30 minutes.

3 Ensure that the Gelcoat has set hard and use the Sanding Strip, which has been thoroughly wetted, to smooth the surface.

4. Carefully pierce the nozzle of the Acetone container. Use the contents and one side of the Buffing Cloth to remove any unwanted Gelcoat in the repaired area.

5 Use the Dry side of the Buffing Cloth to apply the Polish and then buff the repaired area until a desired finish is achieved.

Delivery:

  • There is a delivery charge of €35 for any order under €500
  • You will be contacted by the branch to confirm you delivery details. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has gone out for delivery.
  • Orders received by 3pm can be sent out for delivery during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch and a delivery slot is available. If our normal delivery service schedule is full, you will be contacted by the branch to agree alternative delivery details.
  • You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
