The neoHub Gen 2 handles all of the network communication between the neoStat range & neoAir v3 room thermostats and the smart plug “neoPlug” enabling you to control your multi zone heating, hot water and appliances from anywhere.
The neoHub Gen 2 brings HomeKit, Google Home and Alexa support to Neo.
The neoHub Gen 2 connects to your home router by an ethernet cable, so one free port is required. The neoHub Gen 2 is very much plug and play and pairing neoStat’s, neoAir v3 & neoPlug to the neoHub Gen 2 couldn’t be easier. After you have paired all of your Neo devices (up to 32 are supported) you will have In Home and Remote access of your heating, hot water and appliances.
To ensure your neoHub Gen 2 is always up to date, your neoHub Gen 2 will automatically download and install updates so you will always benefit from the very latest software enhancements.

As the Heatmiser neoHub Gen 2 connects via the Heatmiser Cloud Servers, there isn’t any technical setup.

The Heatmiser neoHub Gen 2 handles all of the network traffic, automatically routing data the best way from neoStat to neoStat. Mesh Networking helps to ensure you have great coverage throughout your home. For troublesome signal areas, the neoPlug can be used to boost the signal.

Collection:
- You can select the branch where you would like to collect your order.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
- Orders received by 3pm can be collected in the branch during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch
- If we need to transfer some of your products from our central warehouse to your local branch, it may take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for collection
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to the showroom where you collected your order within 48 hours of collection.
Delivery:
- There is a delivery charge of €35 for any order under €500
- You will be contacted by the branch to confirm you delivery details. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has gone out for delivery.
- Orders received by 3pm can be sent out for delivery during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch and a delivery slot is available. If our normal delivery service schedule is full, you will be contacted by the branch to agree alternative delivery details.
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
