High Capacity for Cold Areas

The Aquarea T-Cap (Total Capacity) will ensure the heating capacity is maintained even at extremely low temperatures delivering outstanding efficiency in heating and also in domestic hot water supply. The T-Cap is specially designed to work under severe outdoor conditions and ensures constant capacity is maintained down to -20°C.

The heat pump’s outdoor unit extracts heat energy from the air and transfers this to the refrigerant in the system which is then compressed to raise the temperature. This heat from the raised temperature refrigerant is transferred via a heat exchanger to the heating or hot water depending on requirements.

This transfer can be completed within the outdoor unit in Mono-Bloc systems or in the case of a Bi-Bloc or All in One system refrigerant pipe connects to an indoor unit and the transfer of heat to water is completed in the indoor unit.

A Mono-Bloc air to water heat pump consists of a single outside unit that contains a heat exchanger, compressor and the heat exchanger. In this Mono-Bloc unit the heat is extracted from the air, transferred to the refrigerant, the refrigerant is compressed up to a higher temperature and the heat from the refrigerant is passed to the water that circulates to and from the heating and hot water system inside the house. This is ideal when space inside the house is restricted.

Collection:

  • You can select the branch where you would like to collect your order.
  • We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
  • Orders received by 3pm can be collected in the branch during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch
  • If we need to transfer some of your products from our central warehouse to your local branch, it may take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for collection
  • You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to the showroom where you collected your order within 48 hours of collection.

Delivery:

  • There is a delivery charge of €35 for any order under €500
  • You will be contacted by the branch to confirm you delivery details. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has gone out for delivery.
  • Orders received by 3pm can be sent out for delivery during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch and a delivery slot is available. If our normal delivery service schedule is full, you will be contacted by the branch to agree alternative delivery details.
  • You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
