The Polytherm underfloor heating system’s focal point is its stainless-steel manifold. The manifold acts as a radiant epicentre for the flow and return distribution throughout the piping system while regulating the mass flow of individual low temperature heating circuits. Each pipe circuit is secured to the ports of the manifold through compression adapting unions (10.5x1.25mm /16x2mm /20x2mm).
Polytherm Manifolds distribute the heating fluid from the buildings heat source to each circuit and allow for the isolation and control of flow rates. Our Underfloor heating will operate in conjunction with regular boilers, but most effectively with heat pumps due to the low circuit temperatures required.
A fully furnished manifold for 2-12 heating circuits is light and durable, with stainless steel body.
- The thread specification for the drain valve of the underfloor heating manifold is G3/4.
- The thread of the water separator connection is G3/4.
- The operating range of the thermometer is 0-80 degrees Celsius.
- The measuring range of the flowmeter is 0-5 L/min.
- The internal thread of the ball valve is G1.
- The thread conforms to the ISO228/1.
- The external thread of the control valve spool is M30×1.5.

Collection:
- You can select the branch where you would like to collect your order.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
- Orders received by 3pm can be collected in the branch during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch
- If we need to transfer some of your products from our central warehouse to your local branch, it may take 2-3 days for your order to be ready for collection
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to the showroom where you collected your order within 48 hours of collection.
Delivery:
- There is a delivery charge of €35 for any order under €500
- You will be contacted by the branch to confirm you delivery details. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has gone out for delivery.
- Orders received by 3pm can be sent out for delivery during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local branch and a delivery slot is available. If our normal delivery service schedule is full, you will be contacted by the branch to agree alternative delivery details.
- You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.
